The monograph is addressed to the issues of traffic management, process engineering, ergonomics and logistics. The paper is focused on the study of laws of changes in parameters of urban transport flows, consideration of approaches to the engineering of passenger carriage processes and prediction of transport system parameters, as well as assessment of the lines of further development of ergonomic support measures applied to the city transport systems.
