Report on Contest in specialty “Traffic Management and Control” – 2012

ORDER

to hold phase II

of All-Ukrainian Student Contest

in Specialty

“Traffic Management and Control”

 

Pursuant to Order of the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sport of Ukraine No. 46, dated January 23, 2013, the Kharkiv National Municipal Economy Academy is assigned as the base institution of higher education to hold phase II of the All-Ukrainian Student Contest in Specialty “Traffic Management and Control” in academic years of 2012/2013, between students of technical universities.

For the Contest organization purposes,

IT IS ORDERED THAT

1. the Contest should be held during the period from April 16 to April 19, 2013;

2. the following Organizing Committee should be set up:

Head of Organizing Committee: V.F. Kharchenko, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Pro-rector for Research Work, Kharkiv National Municipal Economy Academy;

Deputy Head: M.K. Sukhonos, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor, Research Department Manager, Kharkiv National Municipal Economy Academy;

Deputy Head: V.K. Dolia, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Head of Transport System and Logistics Department, Kharkiv National Municipal Economy Academy;

Executive Secretary of Organizing Committee: O.O. Lobashov, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor at Transport System and Logistics Department, Kharkiv National Municipal Economy Academy.

6. The Screening Committee should operate in conformity with Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 46, dated January 23, 2013.

7. The Academy teaching departments should provide for compensation of working time consumed by the research-and-teaching personnel to prepare assignments for phase II of the Contest on terms of hourly payment according to the amount of work done (up to 50 hours for the whole group).

8. Involvement of teaching, research-and-teaching personnel in the process of assignment review should be taken into account when planning their teaching load: review of single-participant assignment – 0.33 hours in respect of each teacher (not more than three teachers); functions to be performed by the Executive Secretary of the Organizing Committee – up to 30 hours.

9. The Organizing Committee should provide proper contest event conditions and adequate everyday-life and leisure-time for the participants.

10. I vest myself with the authority to carry out control over execution of this order.
